"Lovely and very clean two bed apartment with large rooms and comfortable living area with a huge balcony which caught the Sun all day. In city centre very close to Armouries and other city centre attractions."

"Booked with Kspace last minute they only had a studio apartment left, it was excellent value for money. Location 5 minutes walk max to shopping and nightlife. We were met by Kspace representative who showed us to our studio apartment When the Kspace rep opened the door to our apartment we were more than happy, it was modern with double bed, flat screen tv, small sofa, small table and chairs area, kitchenette, with toaster, hob, microwave, fridge etc and shower room."

Lovely Apartment in Leeds

Arrival Information

We provide a meet and greet service with a KSpace representative as there is no fixed reception area at Waterloo Court. Upon booking with us we will email you a booking confirmation and directions for check in. Attached to the confirmation will be a link to our booking form which will need completing with your address and breakfast items to be included in the welcome pack.

Please bring photo ID and the same card you used to reserve your apartment with for check in. We will be unable to check you in with out this and a completed booking form.

If you require parking you must call to book in advance. Spaces are subject to availability.

* Parking charged at £8 per night or £30 + Vat per week.
