The prestigious Sinclair Building. A well-appointed group of serviced apartments, based on West Street in central Sheffield. This award winning, exclusive property features 12 individually designed apartments ranging from a studio to a two bedroom triple which can sleep up to six adults.

"Fantastic"

'My partner and I recently stayed at the Sinclair Building apartments in sheffield. We had originally booked a studio room but upon arrival was upgraded to a room which should have been twice the price! The apartment was massive, had excellent furnishings, the kitchen had everything you could ask for- oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer etc (even complementary bread, milk and cereals amongst the other usuals you expect), it was completely spotless throughout. All the pubs and shops weren't even a five minute walk away which was good for us. The Kspace rep was also very helpful and friendly and showed us around n how to work everything. We stayed for two nights and it was absolutely fantastic, will definitely go back!'

Arrival Information

We provide a meet and greet service with a KSpace representative as there is no fixed reception area at The Sinclair Building. Upon booking with us we will email you a booking confirmation and directions for check in. Attached to the confirmation will be a link to our booking form which will need completing with your address and breakfast items to be included in the welcome pack.

Please bring photo ID and the same card you used to reserve your apartment with for check in. We will be unable to check you in with out this and a completed booking form.

If you require parking you must call to book in advance. Spaces are subject to availability.
