During an on-line booking session, personal details must be entered. This data falls into two categories:
Contact Details (Name, Address, Phone, email etc) are used during credit authorisation and if we need to contact you.
Financial Details (Credit Card Number, expiry date etc) are used to process your payment.

Collection of all financial data is handled via a secure server and passed to SECPay for authorisation (Their data security guarantees can be found here). KSpace does not store credit card details beyond authorisation.

Data will not be transferred outside The European Economic Area (EEA)

Access to Information
Full details of any information held will be provided on written request to KSpace. A small fee of £10 per request will be levied. Should you wish your information deleting, again this will be actioned by written request.
